Manyfingers
The moniker was chosen when a friend spoke of a native American family she knew, whose son was named MANYFINGERS... As a 'one-man band'-esque project the name seemed appropriate.
Manyfingers' second album "OUR WORN SHADOW" was released on 6/6/06 on ACUARELA RECORDS and is accompanied by a live DVD of a selection of tracks being performed at the legendary CUBE Cinema in Bristol.
His first official release dates back to 2004, which is a self-titled album that would have not even made it to the light of day without the help of the MOTEER RECORDS.
Throughout Manyfingers has been part of a variety of projects playing an assortment of instruments, homemade or otherwise, such as on the Movietone albums "The Blossom Filled Streets" and "The Sand and The Stars" (Domino Records).
Furthermore he contributed to Chris 'HOOD' Adams debut release as BRACKEN (anticon), and, in some form or another, on Matt Elliott's albums... "An honour", Manyfingers says, "as THE THIRD EYE FOUNDATION was a huge inspiration". He currently performs with the "post-rock" (???!!) band SOEZA.
